Schedule:

• Day 1 ( Thursday, August 29): Arrival, check-in, and initial activities.
• Day 2 (Friday, August 30): Tour visit to Vienna.
• Day 3 (Saturday, August 31): Group stage matches (minimum of 5 matches per team).
• Day 4 (Sunday, September 1): Knock-out rounds, semifinals, finals, and placement matches.
• Day 5 (Monday, September 2): Departure day.

• Initial Payment: $500, due before Wednesday June 5.
• Second Payment: $1000, due before Tuesday July 2.
• Last Payment: $450, due before Friday August 2.

Requirements for Lebanese Citizens:

• Passport: Must be valid for more than 6 months
• Required Documents:
  • Photocopy of the passport
  • One-time Schengen visa application
  • Visa Application must be signed by the parents
  • Photocopy of both parents' identity cards
  • Photocopy of old visas + Entry and exit Stamps
  • Original Bank Statement for the past six months.
  • Travel approval signed by both parents (in English or French)
  • School registration documents (in English or French)
  • Four passport-sized photos with a white background
  • 'Ikhraj Keid' for the family (translated copy)

Requirements for Players with European/ American/ Canadian Citizenship:

• Passport: Photocopy required, must be valid for at least 3 months

All required documents must be prepared and submitted to the BFA Administration by June 21st .
