Can the parents that want to accompany their child book their flight through BFA?

Yes. Parents accompanying the players can book their flight on their own and through BFA.

Can the parents stay at the same hotel?

Yes. Parents accompanying the players will stay at the same hotel *Not in the same rooms as their child

What happens if we cancel?

• Cancellation 45 days before tournament – cancellation fee is $300 per person.
• Cancellation 30 days before tournament – cancellation fee is $500 per person.
• Cancellation less than 20 days before tournament – cancellation fee 100% of total cost per person.

Requirements for Lebanese Citizens

• Passport: Must be valid for more than 6 months
• Required Documents:
• • Visa Application (signed by both parents)
  • Invitation & Accommodation (Provided By BFA)
  • Flight Ticket (Provided By BFA)
  • Delegation (Provided By BFA)
  • Travel insurance (Provided By BFA)
    
  • Photocopy of the passport
  • Birth Certificate (for child) & Photocopy of ID (for adults) 
  • Photocopy of both parent's passports
  • Notarized and signed consent letter and financial guarantee by both parents (in English)
    
  • School registration documents in English or French. (if student)

  • Original Bank Statement.
  • Photocopy of old visas + Entry and exit Stamps

  • 'Ikhraj Keid' for the family not older than 6 months (in English)
