BFA Training Programmes
From a child's first kick to elite youth competition — BFA has a structured, professional programme for every stage of development.
Our Coaching Philosophy
At BFA, we believe that great football players are built on strong foundations. Our coaching methodology is inspired by the best academies in the world, adapted for the Lebanese context and culture. We focus on the four pillars of player development: Technical, Tactical, Physical, and Mental.
Every BFA coach is certified and trained to deliver age-appropriate sessions that are engaging, challenging, and above all — fun. We want players to love the game first, and everything else follows.
Age-Group Programmes
⚽ Mini BFA (Ages 4–6)
Our youngest players enter a world of fun, colour, and movement. The Mini BFA programme uses games and exercises specifically designed for early childhood development to introduce the basics of football — dribbling, passing, and coordination — through playful activities that build a lifelong love of the game.
⚽ BFA Development (Ages 7–12)
This is where the foundations are truly built. Players in our Development programme receive structured coaching in technical skills (ball control, passing, shooting), small-sided games that develop tactical awareness, and their first taste of competitive football in local leagues. Group cohesion, fair play, and sportsmanship are central to everything we do at this stage.
⚽ BFA Elite (Ages 13–18)
Our Elite programme is designed for players who are serious about taking their football to the highest possible level. Training intensity increases, tactical complexity deepens, and players are prepared for competitive leagues, national tournaments, and international trips. Our Elite players have represented Lebanon at the Gothia Cup, MadCup, and numerous European youth tournaments.
Specialist Programmes
In addition to our core age-group programmes, BFA offers specialist training including:
- Goalkeeper Training: Dedicated GK coaching with specialist coaches
- BFAtheGym – Strength & Conditioning: Sport-specific physical development for older players
- Holiday Camps: Intensive training camps during school holidays
- International Trips: Competitive experiences in Europe and the Gulf
How to Enrol
The best way to experience BFA is to come and try it. We offer a free trial session so your child can meet the coaches, see the facilities, and get a feel for the BFA environment — with no commitment required.
