BFA's women beat Etihad Club 1–0 in Zarqa on Tuesday night, in their opening match at the WAFF Women's Club Championship.

The WAFF Women's Club Championship is the West Asian Football Federation's tournament for women's club sides, played this year at the Prince Mohammed Stadium in Zarqa, Jordan. BFA are there representing Lebanon.
It is a long way from where this team started. BFA won the Lebanese Women's Football League in 2023–24 with 18 wins from 18 matches, and again in 2024–25. Most of the squad in Jordan came up through our own age groups.
