Can the parents that want to accompany their child book their flight through BFA?
Yes. Parents accompanying the players can book their flight on their own and through BFA.
Can the parents stay at the same hotel?
Yes. Parents accompanying the players will stay at the same hotel
What happens if we cancel?
Cancellation 45 days before tournament – cancellation fee is $300 per person.
Cancellation 30 days before tournament – cancellation fee is $500 per person.
Cancellation less than 20 days before tournament – cancellation fee 100% of total cost per person.
Parent’s Accommodation Packages:
- Full Board accommodation

- Transportation to matches / festival venues
- Prices are per package, not per night
