Teams will stay in a 4 star hotel.

Where the meals will be served?

All meals will be served at the hotel.

Can the parents that want to accompany their child book their flight through BFA?

Yes. Parents accompanying the players can book their flight on their own and through BFA.

Can the parents stay at the same hotel?

Yes. Parents accompanying the players will stay at the same hotel.

Early vs Late Confirmation

Early confirmations (confirmation + first payment installment completed by 10 February 2026) are secured at current player package price.

Confirmations after 10 February include a USD 100 increase on the player package price.

Confirmations after 10 March  include a USD 200 increase on the player package price.

Parent’s Accommodation Packages:

Adults Package Includes:

• 4 Star Hotel (includes breakfast)
• Airport ⇄ Hotel transfers
• Hotel ⇄ Playing fields transportation
• Not included: adult airline ticket — only the player’s airline ticket is covered by the player package.
• Access tickets to watch ALL tournament matches

Important Information for Parents:

• Prices are per total family package (5 nights), not per night.
• Family rooms and shared rooms are allocated based on availability.

Airline Ticket Clarification

• Airline ticket for parents is NOT included in the package price.
• Player airline ticket is included in the player portion of the package.

For Lebanese Citizens:

• Passport: Must be valid for more than 6 months
• Required Documents:

  • Photocopy of the passport

  • Notarized and signed consent letter and financial guarantee by both parents (in English)

  • 'Ikhraj Keid' for the family not older than 6 months  (in English)
